My new Granddaughter
This is Grace Emily..... she was born on Friday 16th October, weighing 6lbs 8ozs, a daughter for Felicity and Les and a little sister for Daniel..... isn't she gorgeous! Needless to say, a picture of her birth sampler will be here before long.... I am doing the Dimensions "Miracle of Love" design.
Chloe's birth sampler
Finished and framed at last...... I didn't do all this one, I just completed it for my daughter... its the first one she has ever done, but never got round to finishing it.
This was done for Danny, my first Grandchild born on 5th October 2006.... he is my little darling and has some very special gifts....
Lucy's Birth Sampler
This one I did for my Granddaughter Lucy Jane... she was born this year..... yeah, I know I got the year wrong!! I have got to take it out of the frame and redo the date.....doh..... I was thinking of my other Granddaughter Chloe at the time... her sampler will be here soon!!
This is Lucy Jane, born 23rd January 2009...... isn't she a little sweetie.. she adores her big sis Chloe.
Chloe's Afghan is a mix of different Charts from magazines and brochures and took over 12 months to complete... you must agree it was well worth the effort.
This is my Granddaughter Chloe Ann.... Lucy's big sister... she was born on 4th March 2007 and is the apple of my eye....
WIP : Angel of Grace
I started this a loooonnnng time ago, but because its 18 count and my eyesight isn't as good as it used to be, I think its going to take a long time to finish! I will, eventually!
This is the first large piece that I completed and its been quite a while ago now... just never got round to having it framed.
I got fed up of losing my scissors down between the cushions, and with a little inspiration from a Yahoo cross stitching group, I spent a couple of hours doing this last night... no more lost scissors!!
